Who we are
PrimeMind Laboratories Inc. ("PrimeMind," "we," "us") is a Delaware corporation headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. We design, build and operate a portfolio of vertical AI software products. This policy covers primemindlabs.com. Each individual product in our portfolio (for example RoutrIQ, Leadia or CredifyID) runs on its own domain and may present its own product-specific privacy policy for the account data that product processes; this page governs primemindlabs.com and our own direct communications with you as a visitor, prospect, customer, partner or investor.
Information we collect
We collect information in two ways: what you give us directly, and basic technical information your browser sends automatically.
- What you give us. If you email us, use the intake or stack-building tools on this site, or otherwise reach out, we receive whatever you include: your name, email address, company, the industry or products you are interested in, and, if you choose to share it, a phone number.
- What your browser sends. Standard web log information such as your general location, browser type, device type, referring page and the pages you view. We use this only in aggregate to understand how the site is used; we do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry, run a demo, or route you to the right product in the portfolio
- To operate, secure and improve primemindlabs.com
- To send you information you have asked for about PrimeMind Laboratories or a specific product, including by text message if you have opted in
- To meet legal, accounting and security obligations
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.
Mobile and SMS opt-in data
If you provide your mobile phone number to PrimeMind Laboratories Inc. and opt in to receive text messages from us or from a product in the PrimeMind Laboratories portfolio, the following applies to that phone number and your consent:
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of information exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, except as necessary to send the messages you requested through our messaging service provider.
Message frequency varies by program. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message at any time to opt out, after which we will immediately stop sending you text messages. Reply HELP for assistance, or write to hello@primemindlabs.com.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Text messaging is not the sole way to reach us: you can always contact us by email at the address above.
Cookies and site technology
This site loads typefaces from Google Fonts and does not set advertising or third-party tracking cookies. If that changes, this section will be updated to name the specific technology and its purpose.
Retention and security
We keep information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, or as required by law, then delete or de-identify it. We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by writing to hello@primemindlabs.com. If you are texting with us, replying STOP ends text messages immediately; replying HELP reaches a person. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act or the EU General Data Protection Regulation; we will honor requests made under those laws to the extent they apply.
Children's privacy
This site and our products are directed at businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from children, and we ask that no one under 18 submit information to us.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our site and products evolve. The effective date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. Material changes to how we handle mobile opt-in data will be reflected here before they take effect.
